Wind Courses in the Dartington Music Summer School - 15th – 22nd August 2020.
We are delighted to be joined by the "hugely talented" Magnard Ensemble, who will lead coaching and classes for wind players of both single and double reed. There are organised sessions, and a great programme of classes and ensemble playing throughout. The ever-popular Steve Dummer, clarinettist and conductor (Horsham Symphony, CoMA Sussex), leads the wind band too, a great, relaxed open course with a public performance in the Great Hall here at Dartington at the end of the week. There's a whole host of other activities, concerts and events happening during the festival which wind players can get involved with, and it all takes place in the beautiful surroundings of our medieval courtyard and Grade II* listed gardens!
Here is the link to our full week four programme online, which runs 15 – 22 August:

I have attached a couple of images which can be used to promote online or in an e-newsletter, but I can send different sizes if needed. Unfortunately we don't have any budget left to pay for advertising space, but I'd be so delighted if you could share news of these courses with your contacts in some way. If you would be interested in an article or transcribed interview about the offering for winds at Dartington this year do let me know, as I could organise that. I can also send some brochures in the post if you have space to put some out.
With best wishes
